2025 Brisbane Property Expo
From August 23–24, the 2025 Australia SEQ Brisbane Property Expo concluded successfully. Ruiyuan Investment Group made a powerful appearance with a prime central booth location, a top-tier team, and highly sought-after projects — delivering exceptional results over the two-day event.
As one of the most talked-about Diamond Investors at the expo, Ruiyuan secured a premium central position and attracted continuous crowds, strong client engagement, and impressive on-site transactions. High attendance, strong market response, and outstanding sales performance once again demonstrated Ruiyuan’s influence and professional strength in the Australian real estate market.
From the moment the expo opened, Ruiyuan’s booth was filled with visitors. Consultation areas were fully occupied, with constant discussions throughout the day. The international sales team worked at full capacity, offering precise advice and tailored project recommendations. Multiple intent agreements were secured on-site, with total transaction value reaching a new record high.

Throughout the expo, both new and returning clients queued to enter the booth. Several flagship unit types were fully reserved, reinforcing Ruiyuan’s position as one of the top-performing exhibitors at the event.
From opening to closing, Ruiyuan’s booth remained one of the busiest across the entire venue. Even as other exhibitors began packing up near the final hours, Ruiyuan continued to welcome clients, with consultation areas fully occupied and advisors providing one-on-one explanations until the very last moment. During the expo, Ruiyuan’s Investment Market Director, Jesse Gu, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation on August 24 at 12:30 PM in the main venue (Room 1).
Using premium CBD assets as case studies, the presentation explored how strategic property investment can achieve efficient capital leverage and sustainable cash flow. The session was well received, with a full audience and strong positive feedback.
